We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return with full refund. Please contact us if your MD/OD changes your prescription and you have unused, unopened boxes.

General Guidelines:
Lenses must be returned within 120 days of invoice date and accompanied by original invoice.
  • No lenses will be accepted without a minimum of 15 months expiration date from the current month.
  • Boxes opened or damaged  or marked will not be accepted for return.
  • Boxes damaged in transit will not be a responsibility of  Jet Lenses.
  • Do not send lenses in envelopes, This reduces the risk of damage.
  • Manufacturers reserve the right to inspect lenses claimed to be defective.

  1. Platinum Guarantee form is completely filled out
  2. Return is accompanied by Jet lenses patient receipt No expired product.

1)Defective lenses must be exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date. All defective and any remaining lenses must be returned with a copy of the original receipt. Packaging missing end flaps due to patient rebate redemption, or any reason, are ineligible for return.

CooperVision’s "It’s Okay"SM Guarantee allows
the return of unopened boxes of CooperVision
lenses purchased directly from CooperVision.

For brands not listed above, please refer to the Unopened Exchange Policy.
All returns must meet the requirements below:
• Product must be returned within 100 days of the original invoice date.
– Discontinued product must be returned 90 days prior to
product discontinuance date.
• Product must have a minimum of 1 year dating of the expiration
date shown on the packaging.
• Product must be unopened, intact and in resalable condition
(as determined by CooperVision) free of writing, stickers or
markings of any kind.
– Lenses in packages with the end flaps removed, due to
patient rebate redemption or any other reason are not eligible
for return.
• Lenses must be received in the original packaging, including the
original blister or vial.

3) UNOPENED EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Unopened Exchange Policy allows exchanges of most
lenses currently offered for sale
Products eligible for "It’s Okay"SM Guarantee and the
additional products listed below are eligible for an unopened
exchange.
Frequency® 55 Aspheric Expressions® Brand
† Hydrasoft 3-pack and Proclear® toric XR are not eligible for
return or exchange.
All exchanges must meet the requirements below:
• Product must be exchanged for the same lens type
(i.e. Avaira VitalityTM 6-pack for Avaira VitalityTM 6-pack,
Biofinity Energys® 6-pack for Biofinity Energys®
6-pack.)
• The same lens type must have been ordered within the last
100 days.
• A copy of the original corresponding CooperVision invoice
must be included and indicate the reason for exchange.
• Product must have a minimum of 1 year dating of the
expiration date shown on the packaging.
• Product must be unopened, intact and in resalable condition
(as determined by CooperVision) free of writing, stickers or
markings of any kind.
